Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
For international orders, delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
