- Opened fragrance products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
